1.依法关闭为线下违法活动引流的平台及账号。部分网站平台上的按摩类商家，以“高端养生”“个人工作室”为名，发布大量具有性暗示的图文信息，诱导用户添加社交账号，为线下违法活动引流。网信部门会同电信主管部门依法关闭相关网站，社交平台依法依约对相关账号作关闭处置，涉嫌违法犯罪线索已移交公安机关。
2.严管地图导航、实用工具、健康资讯类平台传播违法不良信息。工作中发现，有不法分子通过跨平台跳转导航等方式，在电子地图的地点名称中嵌入“**點cc”等变体赌博色情网址，网信部门已督促相关平台健全信息审核机制，严防黑产团伙借此发布违法信息。有实用工具类APP在首页首屏“娱乐头条”版块推荐大量炒作娱乐明星绯闻八卦、隐私爆料信息，国家网信办指导属地网信办依法约谈平台负责人，责令相关APP限期整改，整改期间自行暂停“娱乐头条”版块更新。有健康资讯类APP首屏“她说”版块话题评论区下，多名用户发布境外色情网页链接和低俗信息内容，国家网信办指导属地网信办依法约谈平台负责人，责令平台限期整改，整改期间自行暂停新用户注册。
3.严肃查处传播违规营销信息的电商平台和店铺。个别电商购物平台店铺利用真人低俗姿势大尺度摆拍、高透视度打码、仿真人体隐私部位等方式，发布违法违规图片文字，一些账号在视频弹幕评论环节发布色情赌博网址。国家网信办指导属地网信办依法约谈平台负责人，实施罚款处罚。工作中还发现，部分电商平台店铺将含有淫秽色情、暴力血腥内容的U盘伪装成正常商品进行售卖，网信部门已督促平台通过用户举报、巡查识别、抽样测试等措施，及时发现处置利用隐蔽渠道传播违法信息的店铺。
4.依法处罚发布封建迷信信息的日历平台。一些日历平台设置“运势测算”“热门测算”等版块，集中展示“小人查询”“升官发财”“灵签占卜”等迷信信息，并借此收费牟利。国家网信办指导属地网信办依法约谈相关平台负责人，对部分平台实施罚款处罚、应用商店下架等处置处罚措施。
5.集中整治搜索环节呈现违法信息问题。部分搜索引擎平台的生活常用词搜索结果，展示境外色情网页链接，在“搜索发现”“相关搜索”“大家还在搜”等版块推送低俗负面联想词，诱导用户搜索不良内容。个别团购点评平台在站内搜索环节，推荐色情低俗联想词。国家网信办指导属地网信办依法对违法违规性质较重的平台实施罚款处罚，对其他平台采取警示通报、限期整改等管理措施。
6.严厉打击推广招募网络水军行为。个别同城生活平台在搜索联想词环节推荐“刷单刷粉”“评论点赞”等网络水军词条，平台上一些店铺提供“评论优化”“差评公关”等水军服务。个别求职招聘平台账号利用“小红薯水军”“招募写手”等隐形变异词汇，发布网络水军招募信息。属地网信部门依法对相关平台采取警示通报、罚款、暂停部分功能等处置处罚措施。
专项行动期间，重点网站平台积极响应，结合自身特点开展自查自纠，自行关闭扎堆呈现娱乐绯闻八卦、提供付费算命占卜服务的频道版块，深入清理各类违法和不良信息，更新完善有害关键词库，并在首页设置专项举报入口，主动接受社会监督，及时向有关部门报告涉嫌违法犯罪的问题线索，自觉履行信息内容管理主体责任。
国家网信办相关负责人表示，将持续开展生活服务类平台信息内容生态治理，及时查处与人民群众衣食住行密切相关的网上各类问题乱象并曝光典型案例，督促指导网站平台健全完善长效治理机制。同时，欢迎广大网民积极参与监督举报，共同推动网络生态持续向好。
